We are a small friendly society which aims to encourage interest in plants and gardens. Our members range from beginners to seasoned gardeners and bring a range of skills, experience and expertise. All are welcome and we enjoy sharing our horticultural experiences. Read more

Tuesday 11th December: AGM and Members' Evening
After the AGM Helen Taylor will demonstrate how to make a Christmas wreath. This will be followed by a buffet supper. Members only.

Tuesday 15th January: Trevor Jones - The Alnwick Poison Garden
Trevor, the Head Gardener at Alnwick Garden will talk about the poison garden which was created in February 2005. He will be describing how it featues intoxicating and poisonous plants and has a mission to provide drug education.

Saturday 23rd March at Stocksfield Community Centre at 2.30pm: Annual Inter-Society Lecture: Matthew Biggs - Lessons from Great Gardeners
Matthew Biggs has been a professional gardener for over 20 years and is best known for his appearances on the long running BBC Radio 4 programme Gardeners' Question Time. Tickets £7.00 which includes refreshments, are available from Cathy Carter 01661 842126.
